    WORK RATE Touch is a sport which often settles into a competition of endurance and resilience. The ability to work at a consistently high rate, executing under pressure and fatigue is core to the teams we construct. We spend a lot of time in “the grind”, and our coaches will look for your willingness and ability to work for yourself and your team throughout a game.

    AGILITY This is important in all aspects of touch. From your approach to the ruck to movement in open play; agility creates spaces and opportunities in attack, and stability in defence. Our coaches and selectors will be looking for how agility impacts your game, and the role it could allow you to perform within the squad.
